We hope you love your DaiTots order. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.


RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must include all tags and original packaging

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after inspection
  • Standard delivery charges will be included in your refund where applicable

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or exchange
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us

Slight variations in colour due to lighting or screen settings may occur and do not constitute a fault.
